Price

At present we have one double room available from £55 per night up to £60 per night inclusive, and £55 per night for three nights or more. Single occupancy is £45 per night, reducing to £40. This includes a full English breakfast cooked on our Aga, with the choice of tea or coffee. Cereal, toast and fruit juices are also available. Cheaper room rates can be found in Swanage but we prefer to offer good quality foods and a personal approach in a unique location.
The room is equipped with TV and digibox, and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests with allergies should note we have three cats, and guests with dogs should note that although we are dog-friendly they would need to sleep in your car because of the cats. There is plenty of exercise area nearby and plenty of off-road parking. We are not equipped for children.

The B&B Guest Bedroom and Bathroom

Guests are free to come and go as they please as we rarely have need to lock our door. There are no set arrival or departure times unless new guests are arriving on the day of your departure, and we do ask for an approximate time of arrival to ensure one of us is at home. Your bathroom is spacious, with both a bath and separate shower , and for those who like a touch of luxury, the tiled floor is heated in winter. It’s not en-suite, but it is right next to the room and not shared.

Breakfast on the Patio

In good weather we serve breakfast either on the verandah or on the patio next to the herb garden. At all other times we seat you in our farmhouse kitchen...
